“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to FFROYO Limited. “Product” refers to the Cashflow Made Easy Spreadsheet and any associated files or materials. “You”, “User” refers to the individual who purchased or accessed the Product.
2. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights
The Product is fully owned and copyrighted by FFROYO Limited. All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with FFROYO Limited. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Product for your individual financial planning only.
You MAY:
- Use the Product for personal budgeting and financial planning.
- Save the file on your personal devices.
- Print or export results for your own internal use.
You MAY NOT:
- Resell the Product.
- Rebrand, modify, or claim the Product as your own.
- Share, forward, or distribute the Product to others.
- Upload the Product anywhere online.
- Create derivative works or redistribute templates.
3. Licence Restrictions
Your purchase grants one licence per customer. The licence is non-transferable.
4. Product Use Requirements
The spreadsheet is designed for Microsoft Excel only. FFROYO Limited is not responsible for issues caused by unsupported software.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refund exceptions are outlined in our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
FFROYO Limited is not liable for financial decisions, loss of income, incorrect usage, or software incompatibility. The Product is a planning tool, not financial advice.
7. Termination of Access
We may revoke access if terms are violated, including resale, redistribution, or fraudulent activity.
8. Updates & Modifications
Terms may be updated at any time. Updates will be reflected with a new Last Updated date.
