delivered instantly, this refund policy explains when refunds may be granted.

1. Digital Product – No Automatic Refunds

All digital product purchases are non-refundable once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or opened.

2. Eligibility for Refund (Exceptional Circumstances Only)

Refunds may only be issued if:

You made a duplicate purchase.
A technical issue prevents use of the spreadsheet, and the issue cannot be resolved after support attempts.

(Note: The spreadsheet is designed for Microsoft Excel only; issues caused by using Google Sheets or other platforms do not qualify.)

3. Incorrect Email at Checkout

If the wrong email was entered, the product will be resent once verified. This is not grounds for a refund.

4. Change of Mind Is Not Covered

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, unused products, or expectations outside the advertised features
